There are two main aspects that I most appreciate about working with Oxu Solutions. First, Oxu sticks to its principles, as Oxu provides clients with honest, thoughtful products that incorporate beneficiary perspectives. Oxu often makes recommendations that clients may not want to hear but that are geared toward long-term organizational and sector-wide improvements. In addition, Oxu brings to bear a diverse network of key staff and contractors from around the globe with significant field experience in a variety of technical sectors. Many of these individuals have also worked in senior positions at country, regional, and headquarters levels. As a result, Oxu produces concrete, actionable recommendations that are driven by understanding implementation realities while being relevant from a field site to an executive suite.

With pre-evaluation, Oxu Solutions doesn’t choose a piece of work it cannot deliver. It has a full comprehension of the SOW and constitutes the field team accordingly. No sector of the program to be evaluated is left to chance. Oxu understands that timing is everything; as a result, it responds to emails in a very timely manner to the team members. Administratively, the provisions in the contract are explicitly stipulated to avoid any misinterpretation.
In the field, Oxu’s still provides its support to the team evaluators to make sure that the exercise is being carried out as per the SOW.
With post-evaluation, Oxu handles one the most important parts of the whole evaluation exercise with high writing skills and analytical proficiency making sure every aspect of the SOW has been captured and the recommendations meaningful to address the challenges of the program activities.
Overall, Oxu is very knowledgeable of issues related to development in Africa and very professional in the way of handling the evaluation of community development interventions.

Lors de notre passage dans ces différentes organisations les staffs nous ont dit qu’ils auraient pu souhaiter que l’équipe de Oxu Solutions arrive juste au début de l’exécution du programme car nous leurs avions fournis des recommandations qui leurs ont permis de recadrer les interventions et que si ces recommandations leurs parvenaient juste au début ou un peu avant la mi temps de l’exécution du programme, ils auraient été plus efficaces dans leurs interventions. Nous avions vu les partenaires d’exécution à ces programmes convoqué urgemment des séminaires pour passer en revue toutes les recommandations fournis par l’équipe d’Oxu Solutions.
